return and repair policy
Each piece of jewelry is lovingly created with attention to design and quality.
Returns: I want your purchase to be easy like Sunday morning, and if you’re not happy, I’m not happy! I want you to love your purchase. If you don’t, please send me an email as soon as you receive the item(s). The buyer is responsible to pay the return shipping and send the merchandise out within 1 week from time of delivery.
To return merchandise, please send all returns via USPS with Delivery Confirmation and insurance in a well-padded envelope (the pretty can be fragile). My mailers are reusable! I will give either a store credit or full refund minus the shipping costs when I receive the undamaged, unworn item.
Custom Orders: Custom orders are final sale.
Rings: Please make sure you are ordering the correct size! I do not re-size rings unless I made it the incorrect size for a custom order and it was my mistake.
Necklaces: If you would like a different length of necklace than what is listed, please contact me before purchasing to see if it’s possible. If I can do it, I will! Additional charges for time and materials apply.
Repairs: If a repair is needed during the life of the piece and I am able to repair it, I will do so with relevant charges for time and materials. Note that it is very hard to find matching replacement stones.
